This is a brand new custom 220x52mm Isamitsu Gyuto made of Shirogami #1 with stainless clad.
The knife came with extra fine finished so ready for polishing.
Abe and Gaku from Isamitsu used to worked for Teruyasu Fujiwara and this is probably one of the best Shirogami #1 you could find out there.
