I am a professional chef and I am cleaning my VG-10 collection because I am using more higher-end steels. These have been my personal tools, treated with extreme care. All blades are scratch-free and in excellent condition almost like brand new except the Tojiro but still very good condition.
All knives have been maintained by myself and hand-sharpened on Shapton Pro whetstones, using a progression from 320 grit up to a 12,000 grit . They are currently razor-sharp and ready for professional use.

Yaxell Zen Gyuto 200mm
Condition: Like Brand New. Used only few times
Specs: 37-layer stainless steel with a VG-10 core (61 HRC) with Damascus and Tsuchime finish

JCK Natures Gekko Sujihiki 240mm
Condition: Excellent condition. No scratches on the blade.
Specs: High-carbon VG-10 core (61 HRC) with Damascus and Tsuchime finish

Condition: Excellent condition. No scratches on the blade.
Note: The etched logo is slightly faded from using and cleaning

Tojiro DP Petty 120mm
Condition: Good user condition. This has been the most used one
Note: The etched logo is almost entirely faded and it shows light cosmetic wear but the handle and edge are in perfect condition
