1 Gyutoh 20 cm. Weight 178gr
1 Chutoh 16 cm. Weight 151gr
1 Shotoh 9 cm. Weight 61gr
1 Santoku 18cm weight 171gr
Steel: FC61 layered with nickel and stainless steel
Handle: Pakkawood (dense resin and wood composite) with steel end cap
Handle shape: Crescent
Edge: Hand-honed using Honbazuke method
I have the original boxes from 2 the 4, but I’m making a safe and good packaging.
