Product description
Very lightly used Masashi Yamamoto Kokuen kiritsuke gyuto. This measures 210x52 and weighs 169g. Steel is semi-stainless SLD. Super thin behind the edge and cuts like a laser. It has a gorgeous rosewood handle with buffalo horn ferrule. I am the original owner, used only a few times, and have never sharpened it. Video available at link below.
