Vintage Baron Solingen Germany five-piece carving set. Matching stag handles with animal carvings. 10.75" clever has a stag carved on the handle, and etched blade with four standing deer and a boar Marked "Ges. Gech. Solingen Germany" and "Stainless". 11" shears have a carved stag on the handle and marked "Solingen". 10.25" two prong fork has a carved stag on handle with a fork blade marked "Stainless Germany." 12.5" knife has a carved stag on the handle, same image on blade as the clever with a bonus grouse. 10.25" two prong fork has a carved stag on handle with a fork blade marked "Stainless Germany". 12 in" sharpener has a carved stag on the handle and is marked "Solingen Germany." Unfortunately No Box. I found one similar set and it's a museum's site asking $2000, but it's Kohler Solinger and the handles images all differ from one another. Someone educate me and make me a reasonable offer, please. I'm an outdoor knife guy, but this is way out of my league.
