Product description
Used literally once on prepping a salad, so listed as Very Good condition, but it's really a brand new knife. Obviously never sharpened. It's a Takeshi Saji blade, beautifully made, very sharp and smooth cutting edge. It comes with an iron wood western handle. I'm selling it because it doesn't suit my cutting style/technique, as it feels a bit heavy and bulky to me; I guess I'm used to more nimble blades.
