We source our knives directly from Japan, restore and sharpen them in house and pass the discount on to you. If you love Japanese quality craftsmanship but don't want to pay top dollar for an authentic knife we are here for you.
We try and restore our knives by fully resharpening or reshaping them, but keep their history esthetically, not polishing away every detail, instead preserving as much of the individual patina as much as possible.
We offer blades that are Japanese crafted, full of character from their use in Japan, and bring them to the US market, re sharpen them and sell cheaper, with quicker shipping than any blade of similar quality.
We pride ourselves on getting you a high end product for less, and will stand behind every purchase.
