Product description
Super sharp Nigara Hamono Santoku, Aogami Super with incredible edge retention but still with ease of sharpening. Beautiful tsuchime pattern and migaki polish. Everything you'd expect from Nigara Hamono - superb fit and finish, clean lines, well balanced and clean cutting.
Only used once. Very light patina developing on the edge. Original box and packaging included. Only selling to make room for new additions to my collection.
