A new, nearly unused, multi-purpose Japanese kitchen knife!
Great for a wide range of kitchen tasks, due to its lenght it is fantastic for slicing steaks and larger veggies. Black damascus, chestnut handle and VG-10 steel make it easy to maintain. VG-10 steel is known for its exceptional edge retention and ability to resist corrosion and staining, it is also easy to sharpen. The dark chestnut wood handle is also durable and has a comfortable grip. It is D-shaped, so it is more suitable for right-handed users.
The knife is new, used only a couple of times (just to test it). It has a few surface scratches on the migaki finish that are hard to see, so I believe you won't notice them at first sight. I'm selling the knife because it's too long for my needs. I would recommend it to someone who barbecues a lot. I'm hoping to sell it quickly, because the student always needs the money.😅
