I'm selling a 6.5" Damasteel (stainless Damascus from Sweden) boning knife with saya, made by a knife maker local to me called Monolith Knives in Ivy, Virginia. I just got the knife back from the knife maker 4/23 after having it sharpened and reconditioned. The handle and saya had their finishes stripped and were re-oiled. The blade had a light grind and polish, then had the edge re-etched. Essentially a brand new edge. This knife was made and entered into an online Damasteel show, which is where I bought it from.
