- San Mai gyuto with a 52100 core clad with clean wrought iron, polished to the nines

- Distal taper through the spine from 3.5mm - 0.5mm before the tip
- 135x27x24mm (LxHxW) stabilised Misur Birch handle, incorporating a deer antler ferrule, all of which gently tapers in towards the heel of the gyuto
