Product description
Santoku Damascus, by the Japanese blacksmith Yoshida Hamono, is for sale.
It is made of ZDP-189 powder steel, which is one of the hardest steels still used to forge knives. The blade is 175mm long and 1.8mm wide, making it one of the thinnest (laser) knives.
The blade is very well preserved, with only minor damage to the tip, which I can repair for the buyer before sale. The knife is extremely sharp and holds its edge for an abnormally long time.
Only the blade is for sale, if the buyer wishes I can also assemble it with the handle, in which case the price will be increased by the price of the handle.
The Santoku model is a Japanese all-round knife design that excels at cutting vegetables, fish and meat.
