Product description
The Nakiri blade shape is a traditional Japanese knife designed for cutting vegetables, perfect for prep cooks or home kitchens. The SRS13 steel used in this knife is high-tech and heat-treated to approximately 64 HRC, making it less likely to chip and is completely stainless. The blade is minimally polished in a Japanese "hair-line" design, attached to a resilient Wa oak handle. The thin blade and concave grind make it lightweight and versatile. With extreme sharpness, this nakiri is ideal for slicing through veggies with ease. Its high performance steel, clean design, low maintenance, and affordable price make it a great value.
The blade is also slightly scratched on both sides near the tip. The scratches are most likely from previous grinding steps.
