Product description
I’m selling my brand new Yoshida Hamono ZDP‑189 Honyaki Gyuto 250mm with an exceptionally mirror-polished finish. This knife is more than just a cutting tool, it’s a collector’s piece. Handmade by one of Japan’s most respected smiths, this gyuto features mono-steel honyaki construction and a true mirror polish that’s rarely seen, even in high-end blades. It has never been used, has no imperfections, and is in perfect condition.
The shine on this knife is stunning in person, it reflects like glass and shows the maker’s attention to every detail. At 250mm and 290g, it feels substantial in hand and is perfectly balanced for performance and display alike.
To see the knife in action, check out the video linked in the video section. Please note that the knife shown in the video is from an earlier batch. I have the knife from the latest batch, which has an even better mirror finish and a thinner, more refined geometry.
