Product description

Unique table (steak) knife inspired by the form of a bird, swallow, in flight.
This knife was designed by Yoshihito Katata and manufactured in Japan by Tojiro blacksmiths.
The blade is a double bevel with san mai construction. It is stainless with a VG-10 core and beautiful Damascus outer layers.
The handle is made from natural wood, fiber, and micarta. A combination of 3 different types of materials -natural wood, fiber, and reinforced laminated material – brought the perfect design.
