Product description
Early version of the Recon Scout. These came from the factory un-marked. I understand these were made for U.S. military beginning in 1990. This would be a 2nd version. The first style, as I understand, were issued to spec ops troops and had a slight recurve to the blade. This model is more like a straight bowie style. Carbon V steel. Very tough. This one comes with a handmade kydex sheath made by the original owner who has passed on. He was a great knife guy and took care of his blades. This is one heavy duty, hard use capable knife. The ol' sayin goes- They don't make em like this anymore.
