Handcrafted santoku knife by the esteemed Takeshi Saji. This R2/SG2 diamond Damascus blade measures 180mm in length, 50mm in height and 2.4mm in thickness at the heel. It weighs 110g.
The blade has never been used as the wrong knife was shipped to me by mistake, and the shop owner ghosted my emails.
