Unique table (steak) knife inspired by the form of a bird in flight.
This knife was designed by Yoshihito Katata and manufactured in Japan by Tojiro blacksmiths.
The blade is double bevel with san mai construction. It is stainless with a VG-10 core and beautiful damascus outer layers.
The handle fits in hand well and is a combination of 3 different types of materials: natural olive wood, red fiber, and white micarta.
