Latest edition of his Vg10 Damascus line, Ryusen went for a more dramatic Damascus on this one and a WA handle with a vintage look.
Fit and finish is perfect as with any Ryusen product, comes in a beautiful box.
Tha handle is octagonal tapered at the ferrule made of quince wood and pakka wood with a resin blue spacer.
As for any Damascus etched blade like this, the finish drags a bit.
Basically new, stropped the edge to improve it and did some cuts.
Very few light scuffs on a point on the edge from cutting food.
