Up for a sale Isamitsu Shirogami #1 Kiritsuke 21 cm bought at Knives world.
Its white 1 steel with stainless clad
219mm x 54mm with 199 grams
A great knife but i just dont pick it up and i need room for others to try.
Never sharpened, never stropped.
Ive cut a carrot, a banana, avocado and few potatoes.
Fit and finish is nice, brushed spine and choil.
