Product description
I have this beautiful Ginyo 210 that I am putting up for sale. These are made by Yoshihiro Yauji for Hatsukokoro.
Purchased last month from Sugi cutlery, has an African Blackwood and horn handle by Joe Bone. Knife is an absolute laser, even with the Blackwood handle it weighs in at 164 grams. Absolutely love it, but I’m trying to pay for some knives I ended up purchasing just after this one. Has been used to prep dinner at home a couple times, original edge is untouched. Fit and finish is spectacular, definitely the nicest of any of my knives with regard to polishing and rounding. Damascus is not sticky at all, you can feel it with your finger just a bit but it has no effect on cutting feel. 215 edge length, 49mm at the heel, 2.6mm spine thickness. Just a stunning knife in person.
