Product description
Reverse Scallop bread knife, meat carver, slicer. German X50CrMoV15 mono-steel blade. Reverse scallops cut finer and smoother, creating few or no crumbs at all. Length of the cutting edge is 260mm, measured in a straight line. Overall length is 394mm. Height of the blade at heel is 38mm. Handle is 133mm long. Weight is 130g.
Western style handle is made from honeycomb aluminium in red resin with a blue vulcanized fibre lining.
This knife can be used as a slicer, carving knife or bread knife. The blade is made in Solingen Germany by the company with the trident logo and I made and fitted the handle for it.
