Product description
A knife to help you get through 95% of your prep work. Kamo is a phenomenal maker whose knife are massively underrated and underpriced. This Gyuto sits at just the right thickness - it glides through higher density produce (shallots, leeks, root veg) with ease but will not chip or warp easily. The knife itself is in excellent used condition - there is a beautiful multicolour patina forming which will aid massively with corrosion resistance. If a patina is not to your liking it could be polished out easily.
