Stainless steel blade made of Daido 1K6 Steel
Great for cleaning meat and fish. Perfect for sashimi slicing.
Handle made from bamboo powder and polypropylene. Leading to a smooth, durable and waterproof finish.
Freshly sharpened.
Knife rarely used however, due to a drop, the point took damage. It has been professionally repaired but lost almost 1cm from it's original length. It's not noticeable unless you compare it to the original knife, in a sense, it's unique!
