One of a Kind and probably the only one, collectors piece, this sujihiki boast a wide profile, remind you or confuse you with a gyuto…might be a bit heavier or beefy, but is incredible, when I got it, was the last one that Yoshimune-san made it before he retired, so is a brilliant piece. I am selling it because I am more into thin and narrow slicers. But is an incredible asset for someone else.
It has been thin down, but is pretty much new!
