Imperfections (if any)
The knife is an original 1985 piece in 'unrestored' condition. The Damascus steel blade shows a natural dark patina and some surface oxidation spots (light staining) due to age. It requires a gentle cleaning and oiling to restore its original contrast. The brass bolsters are tarnished but can be easily polished. No structural issues: the blade has no chips, the tip is perfectly intact, the bone handle has no cracks, and there is zero blade play. Sold as a genuine 'closet find' in its original state.Country of manufacture
