I’m selling my brand new Takeshi Saji SRS13 Corian Gyuto 210 mm. This is a handmade Japanese knife, known for its precision, durability, and unique design. It is brand new, has never been used, has no imperfections, and is in perfect condition.
The blade is made from SRS13 powdered steel, a high-end stainless steel known for exceptional sharpness, toughness, and long edge retention. SRS13 steel outperforms SG2/R2 in both toughness and sharpenability while maintaining similar edge retention and corrosion resistance. It is less prone to chipping, making it more forgiving during use, and is easier to sharpen while still holding an exceptionally fine edge.
It features a beautiful polished finish, giving it a sleek and refined look. The handle is full tang, made from white Corian, known for its durability, moisture resistance, and smooth texture that provides a comfortable and secure grip.
