Selling carefully maintained sharpening stones and accessories:
• Suehiro Cerax 1000 grit – popular water stone with soft, fast-cutting feedback.
• Suehiro Ouka 3000 grit – excellent mid-grit polishing stone, creates a smooth edge and good progression to 5000.
• Naniwa Rust Eraser – soft abrasive block for removing rust spots from carbon steel blades.
• Naniwa Flattening Stone – for leveling sharpening stones, unused since I use an Atoma.
🔧 All items were used only with Japanese knives, flattened and cleaned regularly, no cracks or major wear.
