Hi guys, I'm selling my Yoshikane nakiri, used a couple of times with very light patina on the edge, can be reset by the buyer if so desired. The knife has Shirogami #2 core with stainless cladding, a beautiful nashiji finish and the usual polished spine and rounded choil. Handle is made out of enju with ferrule and cap from, ebony. The provided HRC rating is based on sellers information.
