Product description
This is a Sakai Takayuki Honesuki forged by Kenji Togashi. It was sold as 150mm (Sakai measurement) but from heel to tip, it measures 142x42 and weighs 143g. It is a single bevel honesuki, suitable for right handers. It has seen light home use and has been professionally sharpened once. There are a couple minor blemishes on the knife, which I circled in red. They are just black spots on the blade. The blade itself is not affected and this is merely an aesthetic blemish and will not affect performance. See pics and video.
Here’s a more detailed description copied and pasted from CKTG:
The knife you see here is unusual since it's a single-bevel honesuki with a traditional concave back. It retains the classic honesuki shape and is great for breaking down poultry and trimming meat as well as removing silverskin.
