Product description

Little nimble gyuto forged and sharpened by Shigeki Tanaka. His grinds and steel treatment are phenomenal.
The knife is in perfect condition with light signs of use, sharpened twice (great edge still on).
Ginsan stainless steel, high HRC, western pakkawood handle.
I've eased and polished the spine and choil which are a bit rough on these models.
