The Helle Harding is a stylish and traditional Scandinavian hunting knife. The handle is made of wavy dark oak and birch wood, and a few layers of leather. The handle is hand shaped, polished and oiled to give it its unique character. The blade is full-tang. The blade has a solid core of stainless steel, laminated between two layers of 18/8 stainless steel. Blade thickness, 3.1mm
