Product description
This is a very lightly used Tanaka x Kyuzo nakiri with kurouchi finish. It was sold to me as a 180mm (Sakai measurement), but the heel to tip is 165mm. Height is 59mm. It weighs 172g. Steel is Aogami 1. It has a lovely Yakasugi handle with beautiful horn ferrule. It is super thin behind the edge and very sharp. Never been sharpened. Has some light patina. I am the original owner and bought it from Bernal Cutlery. It came with a “First Free Sharpening” card, which I have not used, so the buyer can get a free sharpening from Bernal. See link for video.
