Product description
This hand-forged Gyuto knife is a must-have for any professional or home chef. The blade is made with high-quality tamachanage steel, ensuring sharpness and durability. The ergonomic handle provides a comfortable grip for precise cutting and chopping.
I specialize in traditional japanese forging techniques. Tamahagane steel was smelted by me out of iron sand ( satetsu) and in the clay tatra( Japanese smelting furnace), for the process i used high quality pine charcoal.
Everything from beginning for the and was made in spirit of Japanese ancient craft of sword forging.
I hope you will enjoy my knifes in you kitchen !
