Product description

It is an all around chef knife made in go mai with 6 layer cladding on each side. It has mini S-grinds that help with food release and lower the weight of the blade. The spine is tapered from 3,5mm to 0,3 mm at the tip. The handle is made from home stabilised walnut root with brass end caps.
