This 190 mm western style Santoku is favorite model of kitchen knife by most of our customers and it is completely handmade by us, SABOL BROTHERS, in the heart of Europe. Knife is made of high-quality stainless steel N690 from BÖHLER.
Professionally heat-treated to 60 Rockwell C, and full-flat ground on a water-cooled belt grinder, this western style Santoku offers outstanding performance levels. Handle made from Kirinite Lava Flow feels very comfortable in the hand thanks to round shape of the handle with absolutely no hotspots and rounded and polished finger choil.

This western style Santoku comes with a magnetic gift box.
