Product description
American Blade Collectors series by Parker in Seki City, Japan, 1983. It has two designations; AK 838 and #197. This is a limited production model, 1 of 5000 (667). It features; 3 blades (clip point [2.25" long], clip point [1.75"] & wharncliffe [1.625"], a brass frame and nickel/silver bolsters. Close length is 3.625+-. Blade steel is 44C, heat treated to HRC 56-58, The main blade is etched beautifully with; 1983 American Blade Collectors 1 of 5000. This unique knife is wrapped with genuine pick bone stag handle. Tang stamps; American Blade Chatt. Tn. and ABC Collector and on the blade (side 2), Made in Japan. this knife shows the quality of material and excellent craftmanship. Having the box & tissue paper wrapping adds to the value. Enjoy
