Grouse Collectors Knife produced by the Franklin Mint. It is part of a larger series of wildlife-themed collectible knives. The handle features a full-color illustration of two grouse in a forest setting, created by renowned wildlife artist Rick Fields. The knife has a 24k gold-plated frame and a precision-cast bolster featuring an embossed grouse head. The handle inlay includes the artist's initials, "R.B.F." These knives were sold as limited editions or as part of a set for collectors, including a zippered pouch. Pouch exterior is cracking and peeling but the interior and zipper are excellent. Knife is brand new
