*BNOB* Amazing santoku made out of hap-40 nice size 180mm, selling as I never had time to fit a handle on it and the majority of my knives are traditional carbon. HAP-40 is well praise for its wear resistance and the ability to hold the sharpness quite well, the down side could be that might be difficult to sharp, but having the right stones, could be very enjoyable to work on.
