Superb edge geometry for falling through food.
Knife has only seen the odd use in my kitchen at home probably less than 10 times for a tiny amount of time prepping vegetables. Bought for someone as a gift but too large for them, is the reason for selling and I have other knives. This is a popular maker and his knives are becoming very expensive very nice grind I think done by a famous sharpener but may be mistaken.
Slight scuff over the kanji area lightening up the migaki matt finish but only small area and pretty minor, caused by trying to remove rust inside the writing with a rust eraser.
