Hand Forged Santoku - Damascus 260 Layers
The knife was hand forged by blacksmith Dan Pecnik / Slovenia, made from damascus steel, 260 layers.
The steel used was O2, 1095, 1075, 15N20
Hardness: 62 HRC
Handle is made out of brass bolster, african padouk (red) and ebony wood (black)
Blade length: 153mm
Handle length: 120mm
Blade width: 50mm
Overall length: 290mm
Spine thickness: from 3 to 0,5mm on average 2mm, really thin.
Weight: approx 180g
