For sale like new Nakagawa White steel #3 Honyaki. Mirror polished by Morihiro Hamono. Great convex grind and thin edge. Fit and finish is amazing. Size 230x49mm. Handle is made from stabilised birchwood with white spacer. The knife has micro scratches on mirror polished part visible only on indirect light.

Along with the knife I will include Aiiwatani stone, I only tested it, so it’s like new. Bought from Japanese natural stones. It has big matching nagura also bought from Jns.
