Product description

Blade hand forged in Aogami 1 carbon steel surrounded by soft iron with this beautiful Kurouchi finish made by the talented and little-known Takeo Murata. The heat treatment of the Aogami 1 steel on this knife is exceptional at around 63/64 HRC.
Handle is made in Hinoki wood .
