Product description
Handmade Japanese petty knife in Shirogami (White #2) carbon steel with stainless cladding. Purchased from Coutelier NOLA in September (retails @ $470). Used lightly (between 5-10 times) and still in like new condition. Wiped down and oiled after each use. No rust spots and only stropped a few times, never sharpened. Faint rainbow patina coming in close to the tip but other than than the edge is pristine.
