Product description
Hi, I am selling a Yoshikazu Tanaka knife here—White Paper No. 1 steel, ebony handle with a light-colored horn ferrule, purchased from JNS. It features a polished spine and choil; the blade is approximately 230mm long, 56mm tall, and about 3.2mm thick at the handle. The gyuto is in very good, well-maintained condition with no damage; it has developed a patina and is reactive!
It comes in its original packaging and will be packed very securely!
I have only sharpened the Gyuto once; the sides are original and have not been modified!!!
