I'm selling this Sakai Takayuki chef's knife as I'm looking for something different. This knife has some slight nicks on the edge of the blade from improper sharpening, but otherwise in great condition and was taken care of well. I've owned the knife for about a year and it's been lightly used. Best uses for this knife are for chopping, mincing and slicing meat, fish, vegetables and fruit.
