Product description
Up for sale is a unique item – a Katsukiri Bocho from Hamono Anryu. This is a one-of-a-kind knife made by Takumi Ikeda, who took over Hamono Anryu in 2021 from his uncle, Katsushige Anryu. Ikeda trained for many years with his uncle and, once he was at the reins, he began experimenting with new shapes. This knife is similar in shape to tuna or butcher knives from other makers. This is intended for vegetables – but vegetables beware! This is a monster.
