The Forge Series blends traditional Japanese knifemaking techniques—such as a Damascus blade with a hamon pattern and a Tsuchime hammered-finish handle—with contemporary design and precision craftsmanship. Made in Seki, Japan, each knife features a 33-layer 2.75” Damascus stainless steel blade with a VG-10 core and is laser cut, CNC machined, and hand-finished to deliver custom-quality performance at a reasonable price.
