Looking to sell my first profesionnal knife that i bought myself as a 2 michelin stars cdp.
Bought in 05/2023 and use it everyday for now 1 year, good general condition only a little scratch and the handle (see picture).
I sharp it every week end with a 1500 and 6000 wet stone.
Bought it on the takeda website for 500€ with shipping, want to change this knife to try french quality.
