Hand-forged Gyuto knife by TheFireofNorik.
Thin blade is forged out of 3 layers of steel. The outer layers are made of stainless steel, to protect the inner layer, which provides the blade with superior sharpness.
The handle has traditional Japanese octagonal shape, which provides a comfortable grip and good control of the blade. Materials used for handle are walnut wood and exotic and beautiful water buffalo horn, that nicely fits in and completes a beautiful look.
